& CONDITIONS
1. There is a moderate chance I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot deliver well, this is important because every commission is influenced by my style strengths & preferences ( please below at listed do's & don'ts).
2. not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand; extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects. If the artwork is approved for commercial projects, you have my permission to commercial use it.
3. Both personal and commercial works made by me are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form cryptocurrency.
4. Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork, I retain certain rights such as artist credits and publishing the art in my personal portfolio & media.
5. Publishing and privatization of personal commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
6. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given including linking any of my relevant social media accounts.
7. The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.
8. Changing characters is allowed if I haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if I have started or not. Each commission project may take 1 to 6 months depends on the complexity of each project. Here’s the timeline of my workflow:
Fixed Concept with detailed references after discussion > Rough Sketch > Colored Rough Sketch > Clean Line Art > Base Color > Shading & Rendering Details > Deliver final to client.
9. Full refunds are allowed if I take more than 3 months without progress OR if you have an emergency, otherwise I won't allow it. Partial refunds will be considered if I've started some progress.
10. You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.
11. We will provide screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 edits during sketching stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, text variations). No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.
12. A google form will be provided upon slot confirmation which includes commissioner's consent to my Terms of Service.
13. Listed prices on my carrd may change over time. Please inform me if you're in my waiting list for the next batch and want to cancel the slot.
14. Each of approved commissions will be an upfront payment through PayPal in USD currency or for local transaction in IDRDRAWING DO'S & DON'TS

I am not liable for any false information given to us.If I find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.
Be honest and responsible customers, only participate in any transaction only if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own Paypal account/credit card and not use someone else's especially parents' if they're not aware and have not consented). Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.
If you are a minor, have a consenting adult fill the form and make the purchase. The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks and refund against us.
